Brews by Castor Ales Castor Ales is now in full production and Duncan is producing some very popular beer! Both Roman Gold and Serene Nene have sold extremely well. Flushed with success he has now made a festival beer called St Kyneburgha Festival Special already available at The Prince of Wales Feathers!!
The Brewery is located next to Castor school playing fields. Brewing began on the 2nd Aug 2009. The first two beers were 3.7% Roman Gold & 4.5% Serene Nene. Duncan has since brewed 3.4% Salters Tree, 4.1% Castor Oil 4.1% Castor Clout 4% & now St Kyneburgha Festival Special 4.5%!!! |
